Typical lead time is about 10–20 working days depending on complexity and quantity. For peak festive seasons, please confirm orders 4–6 weeks ahead. Rush handling is available case by case.
Yes. We can show past finished pieces for reference, or arrange a pre-production sample for your design. Sample fees may be deducted from the bulk order depending on order value.
We deliver to Hong Kong commercial addresses, exhibition venues or warehouses. Payment includes bank transfer, cheque and FPS. Corporate procurement workflows are supported.
